An honor to meet you… an honor to be here in beautiful Costa Rica.
My name is Theresa Price. I’m a Global Luminary, passing through to bring industries of the future to Costa Rica and the Americas. Community and Economic Development is my 2nd master’s degree and, more importantly, it’s a passion of mine. I also have several decades of strategic planning experience.
As such, I extend an offer to make a presentation & proposal for a collaboration that will meet all of administrative, financial & material concerns. It’s my passion to share because I want to help solve challenges. There’s no such thing as a ‘problem’ per se, only a solution that’s waiting to be implemented.
The Intentions, stated in the ‘corporate purpose’ of my LLC:
"To benefit all populations, particularly the gentrified, as well as those with limited resources such as indigenous communities and other vulnerable groups. The focus will be to strengthen the Costa Rican economy, attract local and foreign investment and promote innovation in various areas to include but not limited to the development of a strong production-based economy that ensures environmental remediation and protection, renewable energy sources and waste management issues. My LLC works in collaboration with officials in the political arena, the academic & business communities and members of the press to provide solutions that address social, environmental & public health issues and economic security issues".
I received the blessing of the chief elder of the Fuego Sagrado de Itzachilatlan to carry the alter of the Temazcal. If you have a Temazcal on site, I hope; that’s essential for a strong & healthy community…. I can offer a ceremony, too.
I have several presentations to make in the coming days and will be moving house on the 18th… if you are available, some time between 24 - 28 June, I extend the offer for a phone call, video conference, as you wish.
