Hello members past, present and future
This forum is held as a space for ALL voices, whether you are now, have been, will be a member, or simply have a perspective to share as a non-member.
And this post is here to guide you through the process of activating, renewing, or putting a pause on your voting status with the registered Asociacion Colectiva. We recognize and have designed for the changes that life brings as we journey together our personal paths. When they converge in coherence, our power is amplified.
Here you will find how to be a part of:
Our Living Membership
The Diamante Bridge Collective is a living network of neighbors, friends, and project teams who practice new forms of governance, trust-building, and right relationship with this valley. Some of us are long-time stewards; others are arriving with fresh curiosity and the energy to step into leadership.
To keep our commons strong we need to know who is at the fire—the people choosing to listen, work the farm, learn from the soil, witness one another and grow deeper in communion. Registering as a member is how your voice becomes part of the public record and helps us bridge cultures, neighbors and perspectives as we face the challenges of our time.

Membership Basics from our Constitution
- Joining – Submit a written request endorsed by two active members. The Board votes by secret ballot at next meeting and communicates its decision within 15 days.
- Rights – Active and founding members may speak and vote in the General Assembly and may be elected to the Board or Fiscal Office.
- Duties – Attend assemblies, uphold the bylaws and agreements, and support the Association’s programs.
- Going Inactive or Resigning – You may voluntarily resign by written notice to the Board. Members who miss three consecutive assemblies without notice can be formally disaffiliated after due process.
- Re-confirming Commitment – If you have been inactive and wish to return, submit the Status Update Form so the Board can record your renewed participation.
The Constitution also outlines the process for Extraordinary Assemblies and how the Board may temporarily fill vacancies until an Assembly elects replacements. These details ensure that even when participation ebbs and flows, the DBC can continue to act with legitimacy.
